Running Blind with Eyes Wide Open by

catskilt: Multi-chapter [in progress], NC-17. There was a lifetime in each other, if they chose to see it.

This is the fic that turned me on to this pairing. Her writing is gorgeous and it feels so realistic, like this is how it really went. You can tell this author loves the people she's writing about, and she really takes the time to get all the details right. She also deals with homosexuality in a real and serious way, which is something I always adore in fic. This fic will drag your heart through the mud, but it'll do it in the most beautiful way possible.

The Ones We Were by

warmboys: One-shot, R? Hyukjae wakes up in a facility. He's been in a car accident.

This girl is so good at writing guys. She's also really good at showing and never telling. Her writing is spare and occasionally crude, which makes the moments of occasional beauty just sideswipe you out of nowhere. Also, the premise of this fic is crazy.

Sand Through a Sieve by

scylladakylla: One-shot, PG. He loses them, a little bit at a time.

This fic will break your heart. She never tells you what's wrong, but there's a feeling of ripple effect in this fic, that the problem starts out small and just keeps getting bigger and bigger until everything is gone.

Tilting Downward by

puppycadet: One-shot, PG? Actually, we caught the problem an hour ago and everything would have been sorted out before you would have gotten here, but there were some communication issues. You know how it goes.

This is...really more of a gen fic but I guess I'll stick this here? This is Super Junior members acting out the Wizard of Oz in hell. I am so fascinated by the sheer strangeness of this fic.
